By accessing or using Inteleto (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
Inteleto is a platform for building and deploying vertical AI agents. We provide the knowledge base, blueprint, and case infrastructure teams use to configure, run, and audit AI agents grounded in their own data.
You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Inteleto, Inc. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of content you create or upload (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTELETO, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inteleto, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in [City, State].
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notifying you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
